Terms of Service

By registering for an online class, you agree to complete all required lessons, quizzes, and videos in full in order to receive a certificate of completion.

It is your responsibility to confirm with the court, probation officer, or other authority that our class will be accepted before enrolling.

Certificates are issued only after your class has been fully completed and verified by our staff.

Sharing your account, skipping lessons, or attempting to bypass course requirements may result in removal from the program without a refund.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

If physical materials were shipped, the shipping fee is non-refundable.

For classes that include shipping, a $10.00 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover postage and supplies.

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at support@mycourtclass.org with your order details.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days for card payments.

Refunds through PayPal or Venmo are typically processed within 1 day but may take up to a month depending on their policies.
