Our 12-Hour Online DWI Education Class is a self-paced alcohol and impaired driving education course you can complete from anywhere with internet access. You will learn about alcohol awareness, impaired driving, decision-making, and safer choices while completing the course on your own schedule. This course typically takes at least 12-hours to complete, but we allow you to take longer than 12-hours if needed, you have up to 1-year to complete the class. A certificate of completion is sent to you via email or a hard copy can be mailed to you after all course requirements are met.
The class is completed entirely online and is self-paced. After enrolling, you’ll work through the required lessons and a final exam, then request your certificate by email once everything is complete.
Acceptance depends on the court, mediator, attorney, or other authority requiring the class. MyCourtClass is not state approved, so you should verify acceptance of an online, self-paced format before enrolling.
You have up to one year from your start date to finish. If the class isn’t completed in that time, it will need to be restarted.
We offer a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the request must be submitted within this 30-day window.

If any physical materials were shipped, the shipping fee is non-refundable. If your class came with shipping, there will be a $10.00 fee deducted from your refund.

Our self-paced online educational classes are not state-certified programs. While many courts, probation officers, employers, schools, and other agencies accept our courses, acceptance is determined by the specific requirements of the organization requesting completion. We recommend confirming acceptance with the appropriate authority before enrolling.
