My Court Class provides structured, self-paced online educational programs designed to help students complete educational requirements in a flexible online format. Each course is organized into lessons that guide students through the required material at their own pace using a computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection.

Educational Lessons

Each course is divided into a series of organized lessons covering the subject matter for the selected class. Lessons are presented in a logical sequence to help students build understanding as they progress through the course. Depending on the course topic, lessons may address concepts such as personal responsibility, decision-making, communication skills, behavioral awareness, conflict resolution, alcohol education, parenting principles, victim impact, or other educational subjects relevant to the selected program.

Reading Materials

Course content is presented in an easy-to-follow online format designed for independent learning. Students work through written educational materials one lesson at a time, allowing them to review information at their own pace before moving forward. Because the programs are self-paced, students may complete lessons over multiple sessions and return to continue where they previously left off.

Knowledge Checks

Throughout the course, students complete brief knowledge checks designed to reinforce important educational concepts presented in the lessons. These assessments encourage students to review and understand the course material before progressing through the program. Knowledge checks are educational in nature and are intended to support learning throughout the course.

Student Progress

Students access their courses through a secure online account where their progress is saved automatically as they work through the program. The student dashboard allows participants to: view their enrolled course, track lesson completion, resume where they previously stopped and monitor overall course progress.

Completion Requirements

To successfully complete a course, students must satisfy all course completion requirements before becoming eligible to request a certificate of completion. This generally includes: completing each required lesson, working through all required course content. successfully completing required knowledge checks, meeting all course completion criteria established for the selected program.

Certificate Request Process

After all course completion requirements have been satisfied, students may submit a request for a completion certificate in accordance with My Court Class procedures. Certificates are issued only after the student has completed all applicable course requirements. The certificate includes information identifying the completed course and is intended to document successful completion of the educational program.

Are your courses state-approved or state-certified?

No. Our courses are self-paced online educational programs and are not represented as state-approved, state-certified, licensed treatment, or counseling programs. Acceptance requirements vary by jurisdiction, so students should verify acceptance with the requesting court, probation officer, attorney, employer, or other agency before enrolling.

Are there scheduled class sessions?

No. Our educational programs are entirely self-paced and do not require students to attend live or scheduled class sessions.

How is student progress tracked?

Student progress is automatically saved within their secure online account as they complete lessons and required course activities. Students may leave the course and return later to continue where they previously stopped.

Do your courses include assessments?

No. My Court Class does not provide clinical assessments, substance use evaluations, psychological evaluations, or other professional assessments. We are not qualified to perform these services.

Some courses may include a self-assessment activity intended to encourage students to reflect on their personal choices and behaviors as part of the educational experience. These self-assessments are for educational purposes only and are not diagnostic, clinical, or intended to evaluate an individual's mental health, substance use, or legal status.

Can agencies contact your office with questions?

Yes. Courts, probation departments, attorneys, employers, schools, and other referring organizations are welcome to contact our support team with general questions about our educational programs, course formats, certificate procedures, or student records when appropriate.

Can you recommend which course or number of hours a student should take?

No. We cannot determine which course or number of hours a student is required to complete. Students should follow the instructions provided by the court, probation officer, attorney, employer, or other requesting authority.

Can a court or probation officer verify a certificate's authenticity?

Yes. Courts, probation officers, attorneys, and other authorized agencies may contact My Court Class to verify the authenticity of a completion certificate.

To help us locate the student's record, please provide the student's name, certificate number (if available), or other identifying information associated with the enrollment.

Verification requests are handled in accordance with our privacy policies and applicable laws. We may request additional information to verify the identity or authority of the requesting party before disclosing student information.
