The first step is to register for the class that meets your needs. Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a link to begin your course. You can start the course at any time.
After completing the class, you will be prompted to fill out a certificate request form. A counselor will then review your coursework to ensure all requirements have been fully met.

Certificate questions
How do I receive my certificate once my class is completed?
At the end of your class there will be a certificate request form. Please fill this form out accurately because the information from the form will be used to make your certificate. Make sure to press the submit button at the end of the page. A counselor will review that your class has been completed, and a digital certificate will be emailed to you in 1 business day. Hard copies are sent out the following day.
My class says completed and my score is 100% why have I been told to complete more time?
To meet the program requirements, you must fully engage with all lessons and videos without skipping or fast-forwarding. The class is timed and you will be reviewed on the time spent on the class. If it’s determined that you were skipping through, we will require you to go back and put in the required time.
I made a mistake on my form how do I get it fixed?
You can either email us or contact us here and let us know of the correction that needs to be made. Please notify us as soon as possible. If a hard copy was requested and already mailed out, you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee. DUI class questions
How do I know if your class is accepted in my state?
Laws and requirements for DUI or DWI education programs vary by state, county, and even individual case. While our courses are designed to meet a wide range of educational needs, it is your responsibility to confirm that the class you choose meets the specific requirements. We strongly recommend verifying approval with the appropriate authority before enrolling in any course to ensure it will be accepted for your case. You can also contact us for assistance.
I got a DUI in a state I don’t live in, can I take your class?
In most cases the answer will be yes, however it depends on the state. We also recommend confirming with the court, probation officer, or lawyer to verify that a remote online class fits with the requirements you need for a class. You can also contact us for assistance.
Does the DMV accept your classes?
Most DMVs do not accept online classes with the exception of Nevada. If you would like to be sure you can contact your local DMV and ask if they will accept a remote online class.
Is there a difference between a “DUI Class” and a “Alcohol Awareness Class”?
Yes, a “DUI Class” is for those people who were arrested for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. A “Alcohol Awareness Class” is for people who were arrested on any alcohol related charge other than a DUI/DWI offense, for example someone who was arrested on a “Public Intoxication” charge may be ordered by the court to complete a “Alcohol Awareness Class”.
Victim impact panel questions
Am I taking the correct victim impact panel?
Our Victim Impact Panel is a standard, self-paced, 1-hour online course. If you have been specifically instructed to complete a MADD Victim Impact Panel, please visit MADD.org to register, as we are not affiliated with Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and cannot fulfill that requirement. We also do not offer in-person or live Zoom panels.
Do you offer over an hour?
No, we only offer an hour-long class. If are being required to do more than 1-hour you will need to find a class that offers the number of hours that is needed. The hour class can’t be stacked to equal the number of hours you need.
Isn’t this a MADD victim impact panel?
Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) is a separate organization with its own curriculum and victim impact panel requirements. We are not affiliated with MADD in any way. If you have been specifically instructed to complete a MADD Victim Impact Panel, you must register directly through their organization. Please visit their official website at MADD.org to enroll.
Domestic Violence, Batterer Intervention, and Anger Management class
How do I know if I’m eligible to take an online class?
Laws and requirements for these education programs vary by state, county, and even individual case. While our courses are designed to meet a wide range of educational needs, it is your responsibility to confirm that the class you choose meets the specific requirements. We strongly recommend verifying approval with the appropriate authority before enrolling in any course to ensure it will be accepted for your case.
You only offer classes based on hours, but I need weeks. Do you offer weeks?
Our programs are structured based on total hours, not weeks. If your court or probation requirements specify a class measured in weeks (e.g., a 12-week program), this typically means you must attend a session once per week over the assigned number of weeks. In that case, our hour-based courses will not meet your requirements. To avoid issues, please be sure to enroll in a program specifically designated as a “weekly” class if that is what your case requires.
Refund Policy
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the request must be submitted within this 30-day window.
Please note the following conditions:
If any physical materials were shipped, the shipping fee is non-refundable. If your class came with shipping, there will be a $10.00 fee deducted from your refund.
Is there any reason I would not get my refund back within that 30-day window.
If we determine that the state or agency you are taking the class for does not accept online classes, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. At that time, if you are within the 30-day refund period, you will be offered a full refund.
If you have received written permission to complete the class online due to special circumstances, you may submit documentation of that approval for our records.
If you still wish to receive your certificate without providing proof of approval, you may choose to waive your right to a refund. By doing so, you acknowledge that the certificate may not be accepted by the requesting agency or state, and you accept full responsibility for that outcome. In such cases, we are not liable if the certificate is ultimately not accepted.
I was told my money was refunded but I don’t see it.
Once we have refunded the money from our end there is a processing time with the bank, PayPal, or Venmo. Banks usually take 5 – 10 business days. PayPal and Venmo can take a few days up to a month.
If you have waited for the bank refund for over the 10 days and still have not received it, please email us and we can provide you with a number to provide to your bank so they can help trace where the refund is.
If your refund has not shown up from PayPal or Venmo you will need contact them and provide them with the transaction ID that is created by them when you made the purchase. This transaction ID is available in your PayPal or Venmo account under transactions.
I bought one class, but my bank is showing multiple charges from you.
If you experience any errors during the purchase process—such as a website issue or a problem with your card—it is possible for your bank to temporarily display multiple pending charges, even if only one transaction was successful. These pending charges typically appear while the bank verifies which transaction should be processed. In most cases, any duplicate or incorrect charges will automatically drop off within a few business days, and only the valid charge will be finalized.
If you are concerned that you may have accidentally purchased multiple classes, please feel free to email us. We will be happy to review your account and confirm which charges were successfully processed. If multiple purchases were made in error, we’ll gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
